We invite you to submit a proposal for a concurrent session presentation and be a part of the 2026 Kansas & Missouri Environmental Education Conference, taking place at the Kauffman Foundation Conference Center in Kansas City, Missouri on October 27, 2026.
The conference offers a great opportunity to share your experience and ideas across Kansas and Missouri! Individuals who have not presented at our Environmental Education Conference in the past are especially encouraged to submit proposals.
NOTE: If you are submitting more than one proposal, please complete a separate submission for each session proposal. You may select more than one strand for your proposal submission.

We welcome sessions in a variety of formats—workshops (Need an example to get your started? Check out this sample interactive online workshop outline), hands-on demonstrations, open space discussions (Need some help thinking about Open Space? Here is a guideline/sample agenda to get you started), panels, and storytelling sessions. Whether you’re a seasoned presenter or sharing your work for the first time, your voice is needed.
PROPOSAL FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY AUGUST 28, 2026. Presenters will be notified of session acceptance by SEPTEMBER 25, 2026. To submit a proposal, complete this form.
Presenters receive 10% off their registration fees! All presenters must register for the conference and pay registration fees. (We do offer a pay-what-you-can option if registration is a barrier for any presenter.)
